2005 – Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Keio University, and joined Mitsubishi Corporation. Starting his career in management operations related to the food industry, he deepened his expertise in taxation and accounting while working in the accounting department. He was then seconded to Mitsubishi Corporation’s finance and accounting subsidiary, where he served as a general manager in corporate planning and business divisions. He was also seconded to an Indonesian natural gas business investment, where he served as Vice President of Finance, handling fundraising, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, as well as accounting audits and tax investigations.

After serving as Executive Vice President at Ozax Corporation, Executive Managing Officer and Director at Fuji Pharma Co., Ltd., and Full-time Auditor, he was appointed as an advisor to our company in July 2024. External Auditor at HOKUTO Co., Ltd. (currently serving).

In January 2020, she was appointed as a partner at the firm.

The “Guidelines (Implementation Standards) for the Management and Audit of Public Research Funds at Research Institutions” under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology were revised on February 18, 2014, and specifically stated that as part of efforts to prevent misconduct in research activities and the misuse of research funds, a letter of pledge must be collected from business partners.
