Through this initiative, IntegriCulture aims to shift away from centralized mass production toward a “decentralized and local” implementation of cellular agriculture. This partnership represents the first step in building a “Regional Symbiosis Model,” positioning the traditional sake brewery as a hub for next-generation food production .
