MoU signed with CUPRINA, a company developing amphibian-derived collagen materials for skin-related applications

Integriculture Inc.(Head office: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yuki Hanyu), which aims to realize “cellular agriculture” to produce cell-cultured foods (so-called cultured meat, cultured fish meat, etc.) that are expected to become new food resources, has been selected by the ASEAN-Japan Economic and Industrial Cooperation Committee (AMEICC) and Leave a Nest  Co. (Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo), for the “Project to Promote Overseas Expansion of Japanese Start-ups through Collaboration with ASEAN Companies” and has concluded an MoU with Cuprina Pte Ltd (Co-Founder/CTO Mr. Carl Baptista), a start-up company in Singapore that researches wound healing and skin repair.

We are committed to providing new value by refining our proprietary cell culture technology, working to solve problems in the environment and living creatures that surround us, and pursuing the potential of cellular agriculture.

Currently, we are developing the following businesses,
(1) Contract research and development of animal cell culture utilizing our proprietary cell culture technology and promotion of open innovation in cell culture infrastructure
(2) Development of beauty and healthcare products utilizing animal cell culture technology.
